PRODUCTS:

■     Please allow 12-18 days for your product to be delivered.

■     Products are replaceable if they are faulty or damaged during shipping.

■     Products may be shipped from our offices in Oakland, CA, CreateSpace.com, Amazon.com or ReverbNation.com.

EVENT TICKETS:

■     - You will not receive physical Tickets. Just bring your ID and or printed receipt to the reception table at the event. Your name will be on the will-call list.

■     - If you have ordered GROUP TICKETS, please email your guests names and email addresses to custservice@punanysplayhouse.com

■     - If you have ordered VIP TICKETS you will have reserved seating. We make every attempt to have your gift items available to you at the show. When we are unable to bring them, they will be shipped to you, usually within 7 business days after the event.

■     - Refunds are only given in the event of a show cancellation. If the event is rescheduled within 30 days of the originally scheduled date, please use your ticket for entry to the newly scheduled show/date. If you have special circumstances please email Custservice@PunanysPlayhouse.com

AGE REQUIREMENT:

■     You must be at least 18 to attend any Punany event, unless otherwise noted.

DRESS CODE:

■     There is no dress code. Most people do look really cute and sexy at Punany shows.
